Sekander Badsha This is a good idea and unfortunately good ideas implemented poorly create bad products. This is not a bad product, not entirely anyway. It costs a lot and it certainly does not work out of the box. I have had some of the below issues which maybe minor but for non-programmers, this is a nuisance to say the least. Could anyone help? 1. The add product button CSS is strangely transparent. How do you fix this? Is this something to do with my theme? 2. The button alignment is off on the product page. Half of the text is cropped. 3. Add attributes button also blended with the background, almost transparent. How do I fix this? 4. The store list page and seller store page is totally messed up. There appears to be widgets on there that I have not selected anywhere nor can i remove it from my Widgets area. How can this be fixed? 5. The page settings page looks very different from your documentation with some pages missing. 6. How can I add terms and conditions check box on the log-in/registration page? 7. With the new update Dokan 1.1 the CSS in the seller dashboard has totally disappeared. Thanks in advance and Eid Mubarak.

Hello Nurul,

1. The add product button CSS is strangely transparent. How do you fix this? Is this something to do with my theme?
– Yes, your theme might override the CSS. You can check with your browsers inspect element tool to check where is the style coming from.

2. The button alignment is off on the product page. Half of the text is cropped.
– This might be issue with your theme too.

3. Add attributes button also blended with the background, almost transparent. How do I fix this?
– This one is also a theme issue.

4. The store list page and seller store page is totally messed up. There appears to be widgets on there that I have not selected anywhere nor can i remove it from my Widgets area. How can this be fixed?
– I need to see this to provide you clear instruction about what to do. You can provide me a screenshot or access to your site using this form http://wedevs.com/provide-login-details/

5. The page settings page looks very different from your documentation with some pages missing.
– The documentation was written on the Theme version which abandoned now. The plugin version only requires the dashboard page to be set.

6. How can I add terms and conditions check box on the log-in/registration page?
– You have to customize the registration form. The /my-account/ page is coming from WooCommerce but we have added some extra fields using the function dokan_seller_reg_form_fields() which is coming from /includes/template-tags.php

7. With the new update Dokan 1.1 the CSS in the seller dashboard has totally disappeared.
– I am not clear about this question. Can you please provide some screenshot and some more details?

Thank you 🙂

Hello Nurul,

I can fix the Shop page for you (store/dhukan) if you can provide your admin and FTP login credentials to sekander[at]wedevs.com

I can see on your site that you have already placed the logout and dashboard link on your my-account page.

The seller login or registration page can be separated but that would require a developer.

The codes for the registration page are coming from add_action( 'register_form', 'dokan_seller_reg_form_fields' ); hook. which is located inside “wp-content/plugins/dokan-plugin/includes/template-tags.php” and adding more fields will too require a developer.

Thank you 🙂

Salam Sekander,

I have emailed you the details of my site.

I have tried without success to make the buttons visible. Its not theme option and seems to be coming from Dokan? Any ideas?

Please kindly help with the issues.

Thanks

Walaikum Salam,

I have got the details of your site and will start working within a short time. But you have to understand, we can not assist you with customization and a marketplace can not be made and handled without hiring a developer.

So it would be better if you hire a developer.

I have replied to your mail. Please check.

Thank you 🙂
