|towhid||Hi, In order to create a form that can be submitted, you have to have at least a title field or an excerpt field. One of these 2 fields are required to be in a form to have a user submit a form. If you don't have one of those 2 fields a popup message will appear after the submission saying, "something went wrong". My question is, is it possible to create a form that can be published without a title or an excerpt field? Maybe it can be altered with some custom code in functions.php? Thanks!|

Yes, you can alter and extend any code. But for that you need to understand the architecture of the user frontend. You can try yourself or you can hire a developer to implement your needs.
Thank You 🙂
