| It seems that when a seller uploads their banner and adds information, once they save it (Update) the information then vanishes. What is the fix for this? - STRAIGHT ANSWER PLEASE. |

| Yes, I have the latest version of Dokan and yes you have seen this before as I have seen this come up several times. Why can’t you just answer a question? Please take a look at the site – https://urcrafti.com. If you need access to the backend, please let me know and I will set that up AGAIN. |

| Hello Wayne, If there is a common solution then I could answer to it without checking anything. As we did not get issue yet for that reason I have to make sure about the basic possibility for the issue.
