    It seems that when a seller uploads their banner and adds information, once they save it (Update) the information then vanishes. What is the fix for this? – STRAIGHT ANSWER PLEASE.

    We did not get this kind of issue yet. Please make sure that you are using the latest version of Dokan theme and plugin.

    Yes, I have the latest version of Dokan and yes you have seen this before as I have seen this come up several times. Why can't you just answer a question? Please take a look at the site – https://urcrafti.com. If you need access to the backend, please let me know and I will set that up AGAIN.

    Hello Wayne,

    If there is a common solution then I could answer to it without checking anything. As we did not get issue yet for that reason I have to make sure about the basic possibility for the issue. This issue can be occurred for many reasons- plugin conflict, theme conflict etc.

    Hello,

    You are using the old version of Dokan plugin. Please update the plugin to the latest version which is v2.4.5. After updating to the latest version if the problem remains then let me know.
