I just found out where the issue lies. When I enable the option “Enable Store Sidebar From Theme” , everything works fine, the contact form as well as the left alignment works as it should. When i disable it, the problem came back and this doesn’t happen in previous version so I believe it’s a bug to be fixed.

Tried that many times and used different devices, same result ! the message “your email is sent” doesn’t even appear after sending message. Why don’t you give it a try yourself and see if you get the same problem.

Hi Towhid, I think you do not understand, the contact form is for visitors to contact seller. Do they need to login in order to send message to the seller ??

On the desktop, the contact form on store page works fine but NOT on mobile devices. That’s my point.

Hi Towhid, You don’t need my login to check, I’m sure it’s the same for everyone here. All you need to do is try it out on your demo with the latest version.

Or since you already register a seller account at my site, try sending a message to yourself using a mobile phone or tablet and see if you receive it.

One can not send mail to a seller without login to the site.

I have reproduced this issue from my mobile but failed. I can only see the difference for your site.

To find out the actual reason I need the login details from you.

What do you mean by “One can not send mail to a seller without login to the site.”, i have just sent an email using the store page contact form on desktop to the seller without loggin in !!

It makes no sense if only registered user can send message to seller!!!
