towhid Familiar OLD problem cropping up again. The seller page calls the site's default / primary sidebar. My original fix 5 months ago was to stop using primary sidebar and used other custom sidebars for other pages on the website (the store, categories, products) but now I am writing some blog posts and must use the primary sidebar for the blog posts. If I enable the primary sidebar I have the problem of it showing up below everything in the seller's stores. I wouldn't have a problem with this if were directly below the contact form, etc, but instead it is below all content and above the footer. Not OK. What is the fix for this? I need to have the site primary sidebar not be called onto the seller pages below everything. Presume the seller pages are setting themselves up using site default template... Thanks!

Oh–and I have disabled the “allow sidebar from theme” and it doesn’t matter.

and–have quite nicely put the child them, store.php sidebar-store.php etc which nicely put the store sidebar on the page. This has been fine for a couple months (I even forgot we had the problem until I decided to try and use the primary sidebar.) The child theme etc do not keep that default sidebar from sneaking onto the bottom of the page. 🙁

Hello Brenda,

I have checked this issue in my dokan theme and WordPress default theme (Twenty Thirteen, Twenty Fourteen)but did not get any inconsistency. The theme you are using creating conflict in here I guess. Can I get the theme form you for diagnosis the problem.

Thank you 🙂

Hello Brenda,

Without the FTP it is not possible to navigate directory path through theme editor.
Also I need both parent theme and child theme to test. Can you please send me.

Hello Brenda,

I am making fine adjustments to the theme. I can see there are “Theme Options” in the theme which is creating conflict I guess. Please allow me some time. Hope I will be come back with a right solution.

Thank you 🙂
