Please first deactivate the dokan plugin and dokan theme and active again and see what happen.
Please let me know the result when done.

// The problem described above was mine, but I could not find credentials 🙂
So.. I tried to activate and deactivate Dokan, but it did not help.
What is the purpose of this input? When I added an name attribute with random value (only over developer tool in google chrome), the data were saved without error. Can I remove that input from some .php file?August 1, 2015 at 5:08 pm #64708
Please delete the current theme and download it from your account and then install again. Before installing the theme you have to make sure that you are using the latest PHP version, latest WooCommerce and Dokan plugin and let me know the result.

In which form you were going to paste the code? Please attach a screenshot. Still, I am not able to login to the site. I think you have provided the wrong username or password. There is no problem of URL.

I was not able to get the login wp-login URL. In general WordPress provide wp-admin. But I even did not get any. Can you please send me the correct URL again .
ThanksAugust 17, 2015 at 7:14 pm #67687
I always use the following URL: http://www.jesuart.com/wp-login.php, and it always worked. I do not understand.
Submitted login details are from admin account, to wp-admin you'll be redirected after login.August 18, 2015 at 2:48 pm #67769
I have tried to reproduce this issue but failed. It could be a has a chance of theme or plugin conflicts. You can disable all your plugins except Dokan and switch to a default theme of WordPress like – Twenty Twelve, Twenty Thirteen, Twenty Fourteen and let me know the results.

Actually I did not see any error while testing based on your screenshot.
After switching a theme, did you get any new clue?
