Vladimir | Thank you Sekander! Also, one more question. I have old clients that don’t need to pay the monthly fee. If I build a coupon for that subscription pack that is billed monthly in the amount of 100%, will that apply for the first month payment only or all payments? How do coupons work with recurring payments? Many thanks! |

Sekander Badsha | Hello Vladimir, I am having issues with PayPal sandbox, so I am unable to test right now. You can make a free pack for your customers. It will act as regular pack. So upon the free packs expiration, the user will be asked to buy a new pack. Though he can see the free pack on subscription packs listing page, but will not be able to take the free pack as he has used it once. So one user can use the free pack for one time only. Coupons are applied on check out. As in recurring payment no checkout is requierd, so they can not use any coupon. |

Sekander Badsha | Hello Vladimir, Upon expiration of a trial period, or expiration of any other subscription pack, the posts of a subscriber remains the same, as is. Nothing gets changed. After expiration of a pack the user is just not allowed to make a new post. That is all. And after the expiration of a pack, the user gets to see a message on the post form that he needs to buy a new pack before posting. So it does not matter which pack the user had. Upon the free pack expiration, the user will not be able to make a new post and will be told to buy a new pack. I hope I made things clear to you. Let me know if you need further clarification. Thank you 🙂 |

Vladimir | But if I want the user to have the ability to post only 1 post within it’s sub pack (and he won’t be needing additional posts) – that this suggestion won’t work – will it? What if my user wants to upgrade a sub pack? So that if he pays more, gets under featured posts? How could I tackle that? Any luck with the Free Trial testing? Thanks |
