    Nayem,

    I updated to Subscriptions 1.1.1. and this error is still happening!

    • I buy a subscription
    • I use all the products in the subscription
    • I go to the subscription page
    • I click on “delete current subscription” so that I can buy another one (this should not happen like that, but anyway… not a problem for now)
    • I then purchase a better subscription
    • I pay via bank transfer
    • The admin makes the order completed
    • I go back to the subscription page and I have no active subscriptions

    Can you please tell me when you expect to have this fixed?

    Which pack you have purchased non-recurring or recurring?

    Non recurring.

    This is the “free” package we give to first-time subscribers.

    When this expires or when they reach the product limit (3), we need them to purchase a recurring subscription

    You can not purchase recurring pack through bank payment. You have to use PayPal.

    Only one problem: when I delete any subscription, the products don't go to “draft” but they stay live?
