Ok just purchased plan 2 on my website as a seller and still Is not activating.

Payment from seller has gone through smoothly into my admin (site owner) PayPal account. You can see this if you login to my website.

But the subscription plans are not activating apart from the free plan.

We saw that you have deleted few files from the subscription add-on. For that reason it was creating this issue.

That is weird as I never accessed cpanel and don’t even know where the files are.

Can you check it is working now from frontend.

thank you i will check it and test. can you tell me what the issue was for my reference? what i have noticed is i have created a plan with 3 products but i have only added 1 product and when adding variation to the product it does not allow me to save- i have the following message above-

Error! Sorry your subscription exceds your package limits please update your package subscription.

This software is full of bugs… one thing after another!

it seems like everytime i edit the product it seems to think im adding a product and exceeds the small limit. needs to be fixed.
