i did followed that topic and there is not clear solution for that problem. if you read the whole topic you will realize it.

please give me a clear solution for that problem.

Problem
when the seller makes a subscription, i receiive the payment from the seller but the seller is not able to add a product.

i understand you are on holidays but is been one week of waiting and this is not the answer i was expecting to get.

Hello Loukia,

Can you please deactivate the Dokan plugin and active it again and see what happen.

i did it but i get new problem now. ones i press any bottom on the Dashboard i get this page

Hello Loukia,

Make sure you have set your permalinks as post name and product. Please navigate to Settings->Permalinks and Set your permalinks as Post name and Product. Please check and let me know.
