    Hello,

    Could you please help me with this. I really like this plugin but i need to make it work before buying it for my project. Everything works fine in local server but in live server, the User ID in the transaction page is always 0. Did I need to set anything more for the love server. Please help me in this.

    Were you still logged in when you completed the transaction? It should be assigned to that user if he was still logged in.

    Hello Tareq,

    Thank you for the quick respond. Yes I was still logged in with the buyers account when the transaction was completed. As I have said, everything is working fine in local server, but it doesnot in live server. What I have done is, forced the users to buy the package before they see the post form. But even after the purchase of the package, the users are getting the message saying “You need to buy the package before you can post” instead of the post form. Please help me with this.This is just a test server and we need the pro version for the final project. But before getting the pro version, we need to make sure its working for us. I can provide you the login details, if you could look at it.

    The problem is it rarely happens in our case. Once another user found this problem, but reinstalling WordPress solved his issue. I've to investigate more. Sorry for the delay.

    Thank you for the reply. Its not the case with us, we have checked in two fresh installation of WordPress in two different servers. We have bought the plugin just now and we really need the solution for this issue. Please help us as soon as possible.
