i did clear the browser cache and i still have the same problem. also i used multiple ipads and iphones and all of the have the same problem

Hello Loukia,

I have tried to reproduce this issue but failed. It could be a has a chance of theme or plugin conflicts. You can disable all your plugins except Dokan and switch to a default theme of WordPress like – Twenty Twelve, Twenty Thirteen, Twenty Fourteen and let me know the results.

Hello Loukia,

I have tested this site from chrome’s responsive tools but did not get any fault. I have also checked by Mozilla but did get any problem.

Can check our demo http://demo.wedevs.com/dokan/ by your iPad and see what happen.
