| towhid | hi my taxes are not being calculated in the cart it says TAX $0.00 I enabled the tax calculator and added standard tax rate for California something like Country Code:US State Code:CA ZIP/Postcode:90020 City:Los Angeles and so on after I click save the zip-code and city disappear and * shows up can someone please help |

| Hello Oleg, I have tried to reproduce this issue but failed. Make sure you had properly configured Dokan settings. If the issue still persists then check for your theme or plugin conflicts. You can disable all your plugins except Dokan and switch to a default theme of WordPress like – Twenty Twelve, Twenty Thirteen, Twenty Fourteen and let me know the results. Also, in Tax Option settings please set “Calculate Tax Based On: Customer billing address”. Then try to purchase a product for test purpose and see what happen. Please let me know the update. | Hello Oleg, Actually TAX rates are calculating from woocommerce. Dokan does not manage any tax rates. Dokan can just inherit those tax rate which is applied in woocommerce tax table. I will suggest you to please contact with woocommerce. Hope they will help you regarding this issue. Thanks |
