Terminate subscription

Nayem How can I deactivate a subscription pack, which was configured with "Billing cycle stop" = "Never", for a user who bought this pack, but does not want it anymore?

Hello Robert,

You can cancel the subscription from Dokan->Subscription and cancel the subscription.
