Nayem | My theme is not e-commerce focused (though woocommerce compatible) so I don't have a store/shop template in the theme I'm using for the shop page (the one that lists all the products). I have several issues with the page and I wonder if the image size issue is something that can be fixed in Dokan since all formatting for that page must come from Dokan. The products aren't in a nice clean matrix (with same size image thumnails) but instead are just all presented on the page. Same width for each (3 columns of products) but different heights of each product depending on no image provided, or actual image proportions uploaded. The three columns are forcing images to a certain width but since there seems to be no thumbnail functioning, the images just vary depending on what the vendor uploaded. If vendor uploaded something width x height of 3x4 for one product and 3x6 for another, they will show with those same proportions. Is this because the Dokan plugin does not provide formatting at all for me on the shop page? Or is it possible that my theme is over writing the Dokan on this? Or is it something in WooCommerce over writing? How to check? Thanks! |

Nayem | Hello Brenda, One of our customer had this very same issue. We just hovered the mouse pointer over the thumbnail image -> right click -> inspect element and then we could see the CSS class associated with it and the name of the stylesheet from where the styles were coming from. So you can do the same. You can inspect the CSS class and write the styles accordingly. Thank you 🙂 |
