Wonder if you can help me, I’m having trouble with my postage, even though the sellers are setting their own postage it still comes up with free shipping???

I have a question about this add-on, does it make the seller to choose which shipment way?

for example lets consider that i have 3 shipping ways ( local post – fedex – hand to hand delivery )

now if i bought this add-on can the seller choose for example use only two ( local post – hand to hand ) ?

i mean each seller choose his shipment way out of the general three ways
