Carlos | Hi Towhid, We began working on the site and discovered that one of the changes made has broken Dokan Store Support. The comment form for Sellers and Customers to reply to a Support Ticket does not appear. This is only occuring for tickets created since Dokan made the fix on our server. We deactivated all plugins except Dokan Store Support, Dokan, and WooCommerce and switched to a default theme. The reply form still does not appear. How can we fix this? A screenshot is below that shows the form does not appear using the default theme. Thanks. |

Carlos | Hi towhid, It’s happening for every user. It’s not user specific. We logged into the techsupport account and confirmed the issue there. If you log-in and go to My Tickets with Store Owners (under the Your Account menu), we’ve created a test ticket so you can see the issue. Thanks. |
