Ugly Sub menu

Jason	Hi guys I was wondering if there were changes that could be made to the sub menu. Currently it is just a big white block that is not responsive to the tabs. This results in a big white block if there are only a small number of sub menus. Can this white block be made small or even better, responsive? Here is a screen shot. As you can see it is not aesthetically pleasing at all. Thanks
