Unable to Register new User

Nayem	I'm trying to register a new user but I'm getting an Error message: Javascript and Cookies are required in order to register. Please be sure Javascript and Cookies are enabled in your browser, and reload the page. I'm tried registering a new user with Chrome, Safari, and Firefox that have Cookie enabled but I'm getting this error message on my Dokan site with all of them. How can I correct this?
