    Hi Sekander,

Thanks for issue 2's rectification and I'll explore more on issue 1 myself.

In regards to issues 4 & 5, I don't find the need to amend the CSS as long as the sidebars stop appearing (issue 3). I have already tried your method of disabling all plugins expect Dokan and WooCommerce & opening it in incognito mode but it's still there – It's a big headache.

I have checked the Dokan Demo in your website and the sidebars can be removed, just like how I used to do to my old Dokan. However this new plugin apparently can't function in this way.

Please advise how do I go about removing the sidebars in :

    http://www.eshopaholics.sg/vendors/
Vendors' dashboard and all its subcategories – Products / Orders / Coupons / Reports etc.

    Thanks.

    Hi there,

Any updates on the sidebar issue so far? As mentioned, I have tried but can't remove it from the vendors' page and their dashboard pages. It's screwing up all the alignments and I can't run variations from admin's frontend at all. Was about to launch my site when this new plugin issue stopped me from doing so.

In addition, kindly advise on the following error after updating to 2.2.5 WooCommerce.

Appreciate your replies, together with tomorrow's new Dokan plugin updates so that I can launch my website by this week. Can't afford to delay any further.

    Thanks.

    Hi,

I understand that Dokan plugin has yet to release any updates as per promised. It's ok. And I also understand that you guys are just back from vacation. It's fine too.

Hence, please assist to resolve my issues asap since it's been sitting here for quite some time. Can't get my website up now in fact and everything's been delayed for 2weeks already. I seriously can't afford to delay it any further ya.

    Appreciate your prompt replies.

    Thanks.

    Hi Sekander,

I just managed to get my website up again. Like Finally. However, the alignment issues still can't be resolved. Sidebars in the Sellers' Dashboards still can't be removed.

You can try to login in as seller and add a new product. Once variations are selected and updated, alignments will change.

You'll then understand where I'm coming from.

Look forward to your rectifications soon, thanks.

    Hi Sekander,

Please add more than 1 attributes. You may try probably color plus size. Once you select “Used for variations” and “Update the Product”, the alignments will be gone and the right hand column sidebar will pop up again.

Please refer to the screenshot below which i have just taken from another laptop.

This is definitely not my issue since the other laptop is having the same problem.

And also, I have emphasised many times that i wish to remove the sidebar (shown in the image provided below, on the right hand column) but can't. Hence, what's your solution? I have tried doing it so many times from backend and apparently these sidebars are appearing by default if i don't select any widgets – which i don't want at all.

Please refer to the below images for the clearer picture.

    Hello Jeslyn,

You had two dashboard pages installed and selected “Default Template” instead of “Full Width”. I have fixed that and there is no sidebar right now on your dashboard.
To remove the sidebar from any page, you just need to select the full width template for that page.

I have also checked with pre-made variations and they are working just fine. Also checked with multiple variations “size” and “color”. Found nothing wrong.

    Hi Sekander,

Thank you so much. This thing has been bothering me for ages. I noticed that the extra dashboard page appeared after i clicked on “install Dokan pages”. And also, i never know that by selecting the “full width template” can eliminate off the sidebar. (Which now i know where the issue lies finally)

Thanks very much for your help again and I certainly appreciate your patience on this issue.

    Jeslyn
