update issue / License key

I am on an older Dokan version 2.1.1, and have license activated but am not receiving Theme/Plugin update notification? I have deleted License and am now not even able to install the license key again? Many Thanks,

We have already sent a request but haven’t got any reply. For this issue we are unable to update dokan plugin which causing us some trouble while customers trying to place any order

You can manually update the plugin. Just remove the previous installation then install the new version. We will reset your license as soon as possible.

We have updated with the latest version , but still having the issue (UNAUTHORIZED: Unauthorized []) while checking out , Could you please have a look.
