    Is there anything else you can help me on this? I mean it still seems like
    a plugin issue.

    Hello Ho Yin,

    If you navigate media->Add New and upload a image than will see thumbnail comes slow. So it can say that this is not plugin issue. Please check yourself and let me know.

    Hi,

    So my users are pressing the submit button after the image upload bar is
    complete but before the thumbnail, and the image does not show up in the
    post. So I still have this problem. Is there anyway to not show the
    thumbnail or is there an error message to tell them to wait for the
    thumbnail to show up?

    Hello Ho Yin,

    Please confirm me, did you tried WordPress default media upload? If it takes long time then we can say it is not our plugin issue.

    Hello Ho Yin,

    Please deactivate all your plugins except User Frontend Pro and switch to a default theme of WordPress like – twenty fourteen and see if the issue solves.

    If the problem still exists then please transfer to a new hosting.

    Our developer has checked the issue and did not get any inconsistency.
