URL links – blank photo's

Nayem Hi there, whenever a shop user posts a link to their product/shop the link works but the photo box is always blank so potential customers cannot see what they are linking to? All of my customers sell downloadable craft templates so the image is vital. I'm not sure how to upload an image here to show you the issue? The photo placeholder is visible but is always blank. Please help. Carla
