What you are asking for is, you've a link and you expect the search engine will not this treat as a link. Is it possible? NO.

Hey, I just found this plugin that “hides” or “masks” external URL's from being redirected in search engines, but still allows them to be used when users click on them on the site itself. Will this plugin work with what I stated above? And will there be any compatibility problems with User Front End Pro?

Here is the plugin that I found – http://wordpress.org/plugins/wp-noexternallinks/

    Thanks for your help.

    I guess it should work.

I guess really what I was looking for, is a way to mask the url from search engines, so that the posts still get indexed without being redirected to the external source until a user clicks on it on my site. I thought maybe this would perform the same task that you explained using Javascript.
