In the inventory tab the stock status was not changing. That was a bug of WooCommerce but they fixed it in their new update. We have also fixed that. So those fix will available in our next update.

First of all thank your reply, i’m actually using the latest ver of the woocommerce now. I just like to know when is your next update. At least i could reply to my client, if let’s say it just need to change some script on the backend, just give me the instruction, i could do that from my end too.
