Whitepage error after install

towhid Hey, So we had an old project that was using the Dokan theme (before the plugin was released). We're starting it up again so have downloaded the new Dokan Theme + Plugin. I've installed both but now we're seeing this:

Warning: require_once(__DIR__/classes/slider.php) [function.require-once]: failed to open stream: No such file or directory in /home2/qrmarke1/public_html/wp-content/themes/dokan/functions.php on line 71

Fatal error: require_once() [function.require]: Failed opening required '__DIR__/classes/slider.php' (include_path='.:/usr/lib64/php:/usr/share/pear') in /home2/qrmarke1/public_html/wp-content/themes/dokan/functions.php on line 71
Could this have anything to do with the PHP version of our server? Thanks!

Got this sorted now, had to upgrade php version to 5.4

However, getting another error now:

Fatal error: Call to undefined function dokan_is_user_seller() in /home2/qrmarke1/public_html/wp-content/themes/dokan/includes/template-tags.php on line 261

Please re-install dokan theme again and see what happen and let me know the result.

I deleted the theme and child theme and re-uploaded the dokan theme zip. After installing, I get the same error:

Fatal error: Call to undefined function dokan_is_user_seller() in /home2/qrmarke1/public_html/wp-content/themes/dokan/includes/template-tags.php on line 261

Working! I uninstalled the theme and plugin again, and installed them both again. No idea what caused this!

Hello Paul,

This is happen if you install theme before install plugin. Ok, Glad to know that the problem has solved. I am going to mark the topic as resolved.
