I am having the same issue! I just purchased the plugin and can only create one project, the link to create new project does not do anything….are there any updates on this? this is urgent!

Your problem on backend or frontend? We give guarantee for backend not frontend. It is a plugin not a theme. Everyone is using different theme. Please read FAQ from our landing page.

Why project styles in frontend is broken?
Different themes displays the styles differently. We can’t guarantee it will show exactly the same
as the backend. If the styles are broken, you’ve to fix it yourself. Frontend style is tested with
Twenty Eleven and Twenty Twelve theme and it works fine.

If its problem with backend definitely we will solve it if its not conflicting with any other plugins. Its working fine in our demo and also in our personal pc. Please deactivate other plugins and try again. If problem exist we must need access of your site.

*If its multisite please check project creation permission. Thanks for understanding..

for all of those of you out there, my issue was that my wordpress site did not have the “mbstring” for my php enabled!!! follow link below to install this on your wordpress site and it should solve your problem!
