| Hi there, I have a little problem, with the request option in Dokan. I have set the Minimum Withdraw Limit to be 1000. And now when testing, I have a seller account, that has a Current Balance of 17.000. However, when the seller goes to "Withdraw", I see the message: "You don't have sufficient balance for a withdraw request!" Please advise! |

| Hello Tom, You have set the minimum withdraw limit to be 1000. So you can not withdraw balance below 1000. Because that minimum balance required to make a withdraw request. Thank you 🙂 |

| Well actually i have the same, i sold a product for 2.000 euro against 10% so seller has a balace of 1.800 euro On the withdraw page i get: You don’t have sufficient balance for a withdraw request! Set the minimum withdraw limit to: 10 is maybe 1.800 seen as one point eight euro? How to resolve? Gr Erik |

| Hello Erik, You have set your minimum withdraw limit as 10 that means 10 euro and for this you are not able to withdraw balance. |

| Hi again, I have the latest version of the Dokan Plugin. And I’ve set it up, as you have. So that the Withdram Limit is 1000. The Withdraw Threshold is -1. The vendor account has 17532 in its account. But still is not allowed to make a withdraw request.
