| Sekander Badsha | Hi, I am just curious how the withdrawal method works. I'm currently trying to withdraw the amount to a client for example. I have connected two of the accounts. Account A the website's sandbox email and sandbox api. Account B is the seller and I have inputted a sandbox email account. Customer purchases the goods and I can see in the sandbox account the website's sandbox account has received the money. Seller then confirms the sales and then seller requests the withdraw. Then as website owner I go to Wordpress's CMS and click accept using Paypal it doesn't go through. Is it because this only works for regular Paypal and not Sandbox? Thanks! |

| Hello Timothy, In the built in system of Dokan, the admin has to pay the seller manually. Only confirming the withdraw request will not pay the seller. When a seller sends a withdraw request, you can get his paypal email address. So you have to login to your paypal account and send the money. After that when marking the request as complete, you can write the payment details there. |
