WP User Frontend Error: Pleae activate your copy

Michael I have purchased WP User Frontend Pro Business edition (Order #16530) and installed it on my Wordpress 3.8.1 at subdomain fischer.mm-interaktiv.de. This subdomain is 'protected' with .htaccess. After entering my e-mail and the license key i've got the message: WP User Frontend Error: Pleae activate your copy Please give me advice for solving this.

Hi Matthias, somehow the activation request is not reaching to our server. I couldn’t find any activation here, may be it’s blocked by something. Might be a firewall issue?

Thanks for your quick response, now I have tested activation from several PC with Firefox, Safari and IE. In the end I used my Tablet without any Firewall and always I have got the same message.

I tried activating manually and it activated, but couldn’t do that from the plugin. Although it’s activated, still it’s showing invalid request error. Would it be possible to give me FTP details? I would like to see whats wrong going on there.

Surprisingly in the activation request from your site, instead of sending &, it was coming as &amp from your site and our activator api was failing to determine the license key and email address and was throwing error. I’ve updated the /class/updates.php to send it only &.

, we are using Sucuri for securing our server from malicious attack. Right now, a DDOS attack is going over all WordPress network and they’ve put a lockdown. Thats why our api endpoint is not responding right now, it should be ok within next few hours. No need to panic, just try again later sometime.

Please contact your hosting provider, I think the request is blocked from the server.
