|Nayem||We are receiving this message randomly in the WP admin area when adding new plugins to our website. After checking the license details have been applied correctly. We have never seen this before and only appears to be happening since the last update. What is causing this problem and how do we fix? Regards Kiwi|

If you have activated the key in your another site or local server then you can not activate the license key again. You have to deactivate the previous activation then you will be able to activate the license key in your new site.
You can create a new ticket from here- https://wedevs.com/account/create-new-ticket/. Select the question type as license activation problem. Our team will reset your license key.
