    Hello Gloria,

I am really sorry that @towhid missed the shortcode part. To view the custom post types in the dashboard page, you need to use a speacial format for each post type. Suppose, you have a custom post type project, so the shortcode to show all the projects in the dashboard will be [wpuf_dashboard post_type="project"].

If you want to show all the custom post types available in your site, then you have to place shortcodes for each post type. I have logged in to your site and found the post types below.

    1. ts_testimonials
    2. ts_timeline
    3. ivan_vc_projects
    4. tweet
    5. sp_event
    6. sp_team
    7. sp_player
    8. sp_staff
    9. sp_sponsor
    10. product
    11. forum
    12. topic
    13. reply

So your shorcodes will be like [wpuf_dashboard post_type="ts_testimonials"], [wpuf_dashboard post_type="sp_event"] and so on.

I understand the situation you have to go through and how annoying it was to wait for some instructions. I apologize for all these things.
As a consolation, I would like to offer you two free add-ons and free priority support for next 1 month. For any other issues or question in future, you can directly mail to support@wedevs.com and I will personally assist you and make sure that those get resolved within 2 working days.
