Nayem Environment: Wordpress 4.1.1, WP Project Manager Pro v1.0.0, Membermouse 2.2.2 Problem: With both WP Project Manager Pro and Membermouse activated, I am unable to add To Do lists, nor am I able to view user list for assigning tasks. I am able to add Milestones and more which would suggest something specific with Tasks/To-Do lists. Specifically, the "Add New To-Do list" button is present but when clicked, it does not expand the form to add the new To-Do list. When MemberMouse is deactivated, WP Project Manager Pro works as advertised. Something to keep in mind is MemberMouse maintains its own userlist.

A follow-up: when Pro is installed but deactivated, the Free version can add users and To Do lists. This is even with MemberMouse remaining active.

I do not, however, have access to the calendar and other Pro features.

Hello Steve,

Please delete the free version from your site. If both free and pro version appear in the site then it will cause conflict.

Thank you 🙂

Hello Steve,

There is a conflict between membermous pro and wp project manager. You have to deactivate the membermouse plugin to use Wp project manager pro. We have tried our best to solve this issue but it will need huge change in our code.

Thanks.

Thank you for the update, however this is not a resolution. I fear I must request a refund for a product that does not work in our environment, understanding you cannot determine all conflicts with all plugins in advance. Nonetheless, the product does not work as your team has witnessed.
