For #2:

I dropped the pre-defined Biographical info field into the form.  It looked fine on the preview page. But see attached what it looks like in the actual Profile page created by the shortcode: there is no input box for this field.

I have a few questions about the resulting forms from the shortcodes, but I will do that in another thread.

Actually, I will take it one step further and suggest that, instead of providing instructions, you should just provide ready-to-use forms (in the PRO install) that replicate those used in FREE so that new PRO subscribers only need to put in the shortcodes instead of having to create new forms from scratch.

Can you advise on what your thoughts/leanings of the above?

The above will also give new PRO users an idea of how to set up new forms, etc.  Like an example that they can learn from.  Tweaking something that already exists is a much more effective learning vehicle than trying to create something from scratch (frustrating, frustrating, frustrating).

At least, if you go with my suggestion above, future PRO users will not have to be confused and frustrated as I am now.
