| well it worked well with twentytwelve, but it seems that the plugin doesnt work with many themes cuz i tested it on 3 different themes, still the forms didnt work on any, sometimes only the registeration work, but other forms still the same problem, thank you |

| i tried that already and disabled all the plugins, but still the same problem |
