Yes, it sends two emails, but both have the same text and subject, this is the problem. I looked into lib/gateway/bank.php and it’s defined there only once, lines 92-104.

Just for your information: I just found out the map didn’t show because of conflict with “Zilla Likes” plugin. After deactivating “Zilla Likes” the map works again.
SOLVED.

It’s OK, I’m sorry, it looks like it was a temporary error (still don’t know, what caused this, but doesn’t matter anymore).
