Do I need to buy the mobile app separately?
No. Every Pro plan includes the app on Google Play and the App Store for every site on your plan. It renews with your Pro license at no extra cost.
What happens to the app if my Pro license expires?
The app switches to read-only. Your team can still open projects and tasks, but can’t create or edit until the license is renewed.
Does a lifetime plan include the app for life?
Yes. The app stays free for as long as your lifetime license is active.
What is a white-label app?
A copy of the app with your own name, icon and colors, published on your own Google Play and Apple developer accounts. Your clients and team see your brand, not ours.
Why is white-label billed every year?
Apple and Google require apps to be rebuilt for new OS versions each year. The yearly fee covers those rebuilds and keeps your app live in the stores.
Why is there a setup fee?
The first build is the biggest job: branding, signing, store setup, first submission and app review. The setup fee covers it once. Later years only pay the yearly price. Lifetime plans include setup.
Is there a one-time white-label build?
Yes, the lifetime price. You pay once and we keep rebuilding the app for new iOS and Android versions. We don’t sell a build without updates, because Apple and Google remove apps that aren’t rebuilt for new OS versions.
Do I need a Pro license for white-label?
Yes. The white-label app connects to a site with an active Pro license.
