Add Affiliate Program To Dokan

Nayem	I recently purchased the Dokan plugin. I want to add the ability for people to sign up to market the products listed on the site. Since the site is paying Vendor's via PayPal Adaptive Payment's is it possible to pay affiliate's the same way? Example... Site Owner Earns 10% Vendor Earns 50% Affiliate Earns 40% Is this possible?
