Adding Product Variation illegal string offset error

| jacky wong | Hi, There are 2 issues. 1. When i click "Update" after adding and saving the attributes, it will jump to 404 dead page. 2. After adding the attributes and changing the product type to "Variable Product", when i click " Add Variation" under the "Variation" Tab, an error message will pop up, "#1749- Warning: ILLEGAL STRING OFFSET 'IS_VARIATION' IN ...../DOKAN/INCLUDES/WOO-VIEWS/VARIATION-ADMIN-HTML.PHP ON LINE 13'. | Hello, 1. Please update the product after adding attributes and then change the product type and again update the product. Do not change the product time before updating the product without any attributes. Otherwise 404 page will come. I saw that you have clicked on ADD variation button in the variation tab. You have to click on the link variation button because you have created attributes already. 2. It is your theme css issue. It can be fixed easily by adding few lines of code. Give me a seller account access then I will check. Thanks. |

| Hello, To change the product status during upload the product you can use Flat view product upload template. In Flat view you can set every necessary thing in one page. To enable this please navigate to Dokan->Settings->Selling option->Tab view. The dropdown is missing because you did not link your variation. You can check the product in this seller account which you have given to me. In your second video you have clicked on the add variation button but you have to click on the Link variation button. So please do this in correct way. Thanks. |

| Hi I certainly know how to do it now. However, the users may not click the buttons in the correct sequence. And when this happens and it jumps to 404 page or showing illegal string offset error, this makes my website look nonprofessional and will upset many users. I believe this problem relates to bad program control of your Dokan system. Can you please notify your developer and get this fixed? The more i test this Dokan the more issues i find. And so far its not good. Regards |

| Hello, The account you have provided to me please check that seller account. There is a variable product which contains two variation downloadable and printable. It is working fine and there were no 404 error. Please make sure you are creating variation in correct way. If you want then I will create another product in your that account to prove that there is no issue. Create attributes then change the product type and Link your variation. You can use FLAT view there is no problem in that view. Thanks. |

| Hi By the way, I dont think you understand the issue here, this seller dashboards will be used by other users NOT just me, and they may click the buttons in the wrong sequence and then you have a 404 page and illegal string message. I have changed the view to flat view earlier this morning before your advise, everything is working fine and i m happy now. However, someone may raise this issue again, and it will haunt you and your team until you guys get this fixed. Regards Jacky |
