LM Hi, Today I purchased the WP Frontend Pro plugin, Buddypress Addon plugin and the Memberships Pro Addon Plugin - installed in that order. I have created both registration and user forms in WP Frontend Pro. I can see the Buddypress tab but when I click on the 'Create Profile Fields' button to create the fields, it comes up with an error message saying I do not have access to the page. Can someone explain what I have done wrong? Also, what exactly is the use of Buddypress? Initially, I thought it was to generate custom user profiles when they register but now that I have downloaded WP Frontend Pro, it looks like it does the same thing, ie. 'user registration forms' - so I am confused. I am a novice Wordpress user and a good with computers but do need documentation to know what needs to be done. Also, with the Memberships Pro Addon Plugin, is the only function of the to limit the number of posts a member can upload or are there any other features of this plugin? I thought I'd be able to setup special membership plan features but again there is nothing else I can see that is different apart from the 'post count' feature. I hope I haven't paid $19 just for that. Can someone please help?

hello,

first thing first – do you know how BuddyPress works? and Is your theme compatible with BuddyPress?

Well, I read the Buddypress information on the Addon Plugin page that was on the WP Frontend addon Plugin information. I am not sure what your question has to do with accessing my website again?

Is someone going to help me with this?

If it isn’t compatible with Buddypress it wouldn’t still be showing the ‘Activity’ link in the top row links would it? The website is still running – the admin panel isn’t.

I just realised you guys are in Melbourne. I could literally walk over to your place and you could show me what’s wrong with my site. Lol…

I thought this information might come in handy for you in the future.

I managed to get in touch with the support team for my theme Isabelle (BluChic) and they have informed me that their theme is NOT compatible with Buddypress. Frigging great. It looks like I will have to start from scratch and re-load everything EXCEPT Buddypress.

Cheers.
