Melissa I just downloaded the WP Front End Pro and BuddyPress extension today. I have the exact same problem that RJ previously reported where the BuddyPress tab shows a message saying there are no fields on the form. It does not show any fields to map: https://drive.google.com/file/d/0B-Idumtr5CHBaEo3R1NlQkZnZTA/edit?usp=sharing

Hello Melissa,

Please read this documentation- http://docs.wedevs.com/buddypress-profile-integration-add-on/. Hope it will help you to find your solution. Please check and let me know.

Thank you 🙂

I had already read that. The problem in that the BuddyPress tab does not show any field to map. I get this message instead: No fields found in the form. Add fields first and update the form.

I have fields on my form as well as user profile fields in Buddypress.

I’ve decided to abandon Buddypress and just use your plug in for the custom profile fields and bbPress for forums. After deleting BuddyPress, and the Front End BuddyPress extension however Your settings page stopped working. Also I am unable to edit pages from the menu bar, getting an error. I will resubmit the log in details to you.

I fixed the settings problem resetting my browser settings in Chrome. Is there any way I can remove what your doing to the “Edit Page” menu so I can edit pages without having to go to the admin panel?

Hello Melissa,

I am really sorry to say that it is not possible. We do not have such kind of feature right now.

Thank you 🙂

I love your plugin because it solves some really challenging problems. However, not permitting my client to edit pages without going through the admin panel and searching for it instead of just clicking the menu edit page link is a nasty bug and might force me to rethink things. I hope you can fix this soon so I don’t risk loosing business over it.

Hello Melissa,

Actually i did not get you. Are you looking for editing a post or a page?. If you are looking for editing a post or form then this doc will help you- http://docs.wedevs.com/post-editing/.

Or if you want to edit a page( Post type- page) then you have to follow the same rules like that documentation. But you have to select the post type as page. To change your post type please navigate to Form editor->Post settings->Post type and select the post type as page. Then copy the shortcode of this form and paste it to a page. Then you will see a option on the right top of the page “WPUF Form”. In this option you have to select that form (which post type was page).

Sorry for the misunderstanding i thought you wanted to edit pages which created by admin.

Thank you 🙂

Hi Nayem,

Actually, I only want to use Front End Pro to edit posts. However, it breaks the edit page function from the top menu. I have not created any forms to edit the page, because I want those users to use the back end admin panel for pages. When the plugin is installed it wants to force all posts and pages to a wpuf form. Is there any way to use your tool for posts, but not for pages?

Hello Melissa,

You do not have to create a form to edit post. You have to create a page with shortcode to edit a post. In my previous reply i have provided a documentation link for you. http://docs.wedevs.com/post-editing/- is not it helpful?. You can edit your post through this edit page from the front-end.

Thank you 🙂

This is not translating into your language properly. How do make you understand! I can edit posts just fine, that is not my problem. My problem in that I DO NOT WANT TO EDIT PAGES with your plug in. I am forced to use your plug in to edit pages, and I do not want to. I only want to edit posts.

Is there any chance of just getting a refund. This is not working for us.
