Nayem There is a bug with 'Choose File' for Downloadable Products in the Dokan Seller Dashboard Edit Product page if you have Tab View style set up. To Reproduce: 1. As administrator, set the Add/Edit Product Style to Tab View in WP Admin, Dokan, Settings, Selling Options Admin setting 2. log in as a seller 3. Go to Seller Dashboard, Products 4. Add and then save a new product. Or edit an existing product 5. Check the Downloadable Product box so that the product is now a downloadable product 6. Click Add File 7. Click Choose File Download product 8. upload a file or select an existing one 9. Click Insert file URL media chooser Expected Result: The Media Chooser dialog closes and the URL now appears in the File URL input box Actual Result: The Insert File URL button disables itself and the Media Chooser Dialog is still open and your selected file is now unselected. To Work Around: Click the file again and click Insert File URL button again Notes: This happens in both Firefox and Chrome. I have been able to reproduce it by installing a brand new Dokan Plugin v2.4.3 and Dokan Theme v2.2 into a WooCommerce v2.4.6 with WordPress v4.3 with a brand new, blank WordPress database.

I am not requesting support. I am reporting a bug. I have already fixed our site. I’m just letting you know that there is a bug in your software. I cannot allow remote access to our site. As I mentioned, the bug can easily be reproduced by setting up a new site .
