In comparison with other payable services and the customers behind, bugs should get resolved with updates that arrives in a monthly rythm. Maybe you could change your subscription model in a yearly fee that makes it possible for you to hire enough programmers to fix all the necessary bugs.
Of course everybody would appreciate to also sometimes get new features.
At the moment in my opinion, you are to slow in fixing bugs.
