Bulk product importing/uploading..

Nayem | Hi, I hope you can help us. We are trying to figure out how to bulk upload/import shopping cart data from a CSV or XML file. We purchased the Dokan Import/Export plugin, created an XML file (since CSV cannot be imported) and uploaded the file via the plugin. We initially had an error about a missing XMS reference, which I fixed. The import appeared to work fine, but when I got to my products page, none of the products are actually showing. I've done this multiple times, but still importing, but the imported products are still not visible. Is there a specific format for the top headings line, or am I missing something? We want to launch our business, but this is really holding us back. Your help would be very much appreciated. Thanks so much, Steve |
