    Hi, I hope you can help us.

    We are trying to figure out how to bulk upload/import shopping cart data from a CSV or XML file.
    We purchased the Dokan Import/Export plugin, created an XML file (since CSV cannot be imported) and uploaded the file via the plugin.

    We initially had an error about a missing XMS reference, which I fixed.

    The import appeared to work fine, but when I got to my products page, none of the products are actually showing. I've done this multiple times, but still importing, but the imported products are still not visible.

    Is there a specific format for the top headings line, or am I missing something?

    We want to launch our business, but this is really holding us back.
    Your help would be very much appreciated.

    Is your imported product fully not visible or the image of the product is not visible?. Please let me know.

    Hi Nazmul,

    I installed the updates, but the same problem persists when I import the
    xml file, I just get a blank result?
