towhid Hi Support, I have 2 wuestions. Question 1 ---------- In woocommerce you have the possibility to set the shipping costs to free when the ordered amount is bigger then X. This works fine for orders from the same seller, the Dokan shipping costs are disabled once an order is larger then configured in the 'free shipping' tab in woocommerce. Altough, when you order several products from different sellers, then this amount is calculated on the complete order and not on seller level. Which is wrong. Is it possible to have this functionality on seller level? And not on the complete order level? Question 2: ----------- When the seller disables the option to ship his products (in Dokan). When a customer buys then a product from this seller, we get 2 options: - free shipping cost (pick up in store). - free shipping. Thanks.

Hello Steven,

I did not understand this line – “Although, when you order several products from different sellers, then this amount is calculated on the complete order and not on seller level. Which is wrong.” From where the amount comes? Is it from shipping.

Thanks

Hello Steven,

I really appreciate your effort to make sense the scenario to me. But when I am reading the case I am missing the track, then I back to the first line and again mess up the case. I do not get on how to create the test case. Can you please send me the step by step test case plan then it will easy for me to get what is the actual result.

Thanks
