    Sorry for being late to reply. Currently we are having quite a lot support request.
    Please make sure you have the latest version of PHP and cURL enabled. If you are having any other issue with your host, the plugin should tell you with an error message.

    You can provide your login details by using this form: http://wedevs.com/provide-login-details/ to check. I will have a look at what is going wrong.

    i seeing this word on customer's ‘my order' page.
    is it something wrong?

    but at dashboard the sales figure and earning figure is overlapping.
    can you solve tht?

    how do i attach?
    and i've send some email to the support email but the respond is slow.

    I don’t want those pages to appear on the bottom right which is not the footer widget.
    i want to use the footer widget but not the build in archives widget.
    how can i remove that?
    I want it to be on the footer area just before the “all rights reserved” wording.

    Hello Brandon,

    You are using sidebar in the dashboard. So for that reason it is happening. Make the dashboard page Full width.

    Please manage your menu location correctly. Appearance->menu and manage location.

    how about the view store and now it seems like i can even go to store setting.
    what is the issue?

    everything works fine.

    but after i press this under tools “Regenerate Order Sync Table”.
    The dashboard sales & earning figure seems to be overlapping again.
    Did i do something wrong?
    Something worried me is will all the sales gone after i press that button which end up i cant trace back all those sales generated by my seller?
