Cant re-order to-do lists

Nayem	Hi, When I hoover the name of a to-do list I get an arrow, see attahced print. But I cant drag the list and re-order, I guess this is the purpose of the arrow, rigt? When hoovering I can se the arrow, but when trying to rech it with the pointer it dissapears? /Mikael
