Change a product from Pending to Live

Neen Monty	Hi, I have created my first product and the theme is set for new products to be pending. But how can I now make the product live? I can't find a way anywhere! Ive read teh documentation, but the option to make it 'Online' is not there on my theme. Please help. thanks much neen
